In high spirits and with a great deal of fighting spirit, our mixed handball team set off for St. Hubert on 12^th August 2023 to take part in the “Handball Juxturnier” (fun handball tournament) of the Turn- und Sportverein St. Hubert 1889 e.V..

The team consisted of 15 players including employees of Kurt Schuhmacher Industriemontagen GmbH & Co. KG (J. Dubert, T. Hohlfeldt, O. Merckens, M. Scholz and R. Streckert) as well as their family members and friends.

In the preliminary rounds our team shone with three victories and one draw. After a likewise victorious semi-final, the KS team just lost in the final with 2:3. We congratulate to a good 2nd place.

Everyone had great fun. Even if one or the other had to fight with sore muscles and hangover on the following days. This did not deter them from participating again. Next year, everyone would like to participate again and represent our company at the “Handball-Juxturnier 2024”.
