Our client Rosen-Eiskrem commissioned us with the relocation of several lines for the production of ice cream at the Waldfeucht Haaren site in Germany. The order volume included the mechanical and electrical disassembly and reassembly of the individual plants as well as the provision of all necessary mobile cranes, forklifts, lifting platforms, transport vehicles, etc.
For an optimal order processing, we analysed the current state of all machinery and equipment before starting disassembly as well as all the dimensions required for a subsequent reassembly. That also included the elaboration of terminal lists for the wiring of machinery, switch cabinets and local control panels. Moreover, we designed the auxiliary structures for the transport of individual machines and plant components.
