We assembled the mechanical and the electrical equipment of a retrofitting project for an existing particleboard production plant operated by Pina S.A. (Grupo Losán) in Cuenca. The order comprised the assembly of a particle drum dryer including hot-gas generator, the entire dry particle preparation system (screening and sifting), all mechanical conveyors, the resination system, the forming and press line as well as the raw-board handling equipment. On this occasion our latest investment, a 5-t telescopic crane with a 2-t crane winch, was able to give proof of its versatile applications.
In addition, we were responsible for the engineering, the static calculation, delivery and assembly of the entire supporting steel structure (some 55 t). The whole scope of electrical material (cable trays, cables installation material) was supplied by KS Industriemontagen as well and installed in the course of electrical assembly. In cooperation with the start-up engineers of the machine suppliers, the entire production line was started up and was able to start production within the shortest possible time.
